Senior Designer / Associate Design Director

With the responsibility of three reports, you’ll have proven experience and confidence to live up to their expectations as their mentor and manager. You have empathy and great listening skills. You’re a problem solver with endless ideas, able to pick which ones will shine. Your curiosity is infectious and you love learning with the team and staying up-to-date on latest trends in design and technology. Clients will warm to you because you take the time to understand their business. Picking up on new things quickly, you have a caring, thoughtful, sharing approach, not just to the work, but to the team and your environment.

Here’s what we’d love you to be really good at: motion graphics design, storyboarding, video editing and UX/UI, and Figma. You love identity design, concepting, ideation, art direction, and social media.

There’s flexibility here as well, with hybrid working arrangements for three days in the studio and two days remote. Your birthday is your day to do as you please.
