As the Senior Brand Strategist, you’ll work alongside the wider team on projects, owning key inputs and insights, and guiding the thinking that shapes client recommendations. You’ll need to have experience contributing rigorous analysis to brand innovation engagements, and have strong research, critical thinking and communication skills, along with a passion and desire to not only create brands that people love but also to challenge the status quo of what a brand can be.

From organising and elevating findings into clear and compelling presentations, collaborating with the team to take new brands to market and working with clients to identify business problems and developing solutions, you’re truly curious, and not afraid to push boundaries and ask questions. You’re the spark that can ignite change with clients and win new business. Your approach is inspirational and you care, making you a strong mentor for the team. You have ambition and this role is on a path to grow into a Strategy Director opportunity within a year.
