Senior Project Director

Working in partnership with our Surry Hills client, we are on the hunt for a Senior Project Director to join an exceptional team within a fast-paced, highly professional specialist agency with a great culture. You’ll be the day-to-day go to Senior Project Director, managing client accounts and agency teams, and at the same time adding solid business strategy support.

Collaboration is key in this role, together with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. You'll be working closely with the teams to ensure projects are running smoothly through the agency's process, to meet clients' high expectations and timelines, not to mention budgets. You’ll be responsible for managing partnerships with clients, taking and developing creative briefs, and ensuring top-level strategic thinking has been applied to confidently deliver the best possible strategic and creative outcome.

We are looking for someone special, with ten or more years of integrated agency experience within Account Service and/or Project Management at a senior level, and notable experience forging excellent client relationships with the ability to see the potential for further growth. You’ll be creatively motivated to get the best work out, with high attention to detail, a sense of diplomacy, empathy and a positive can-do attitude.

You have a very clear understanding of all media platforms and know what it takes to make award-winning work. This agency is all about brilliant ideas being the foundation of great creative and strategic thinking. Experience in lifestyle, interiors and property would be a terrific bonus.
