Integrated Design Director

This is an awesome role that will suit a very ideas led integrated Senior Designer on the verge of stepping up to becoming a Design Director. You are very much a brand and digital native, with experience in either a top brand design agency or within the design department of a leading ad agency. You bring a combination of brand and digital design talent and conceptual thinking, together with leadership skills and the confidence and ability to form solid client relationships. 

This opportunity offers a wide variety of creative challenges and clients: fashion, lifestyle, travel and destination, as well as some other fun and exciting retail brands for both retained clients and projects. They are all looking for exciting and ambitious creative ideas and beautiful executions. 

Here’s what’s important and a must have:
- Leadership skills and ability to work on campaigns across all media platforms, including events, film, social, interiors and architecture, and advertising 
- A high level of craft and technical ability 
- Experience building brand ID’s with big ideas to back it
- Hunger to not only deliver the best work that will win awards but to make work that truly shines, excites clients and encourages them to want more
- An ability to identify and then mentor up and coming Designers 
- Ability to recognise new business opportunities
- Confidence presenting internally and to clients.
