We have a terrific opportunity for a passionate Traffic Manager to join an awesome agency studio, to manage the workflow for the Designers, Animators and Editors as well as the Creative Teams. You won’t be alone here, you’ll be working side by side with a lovely Producer who will show you the ropes.
This is a fun, progressive agency environment where you’ll be responsible for scheduling jobs and moving them through the various stages of development from start to finish. You can even choose your favourite project management software that works best for you. You’ll take ownership of jobs and the way the studio works, whilst building trusted relationships with everyone within the studio. You’ll protect creatives and manage their time efficiently and effectively. Prioritisation and organisation are your strengths as are your clear, articulate communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing briefs and making sure all elements have been included before sharing with the studio team member. Flag any concerns early on if deadlines can’t be met. Remember to use your excellent negotiation skills, keeping everyone on your side at all times. You have experience in costing for jobs and resourcing freelancers when needed, and you’ll need to remain in constant contact with team members to track job progress and notify Account Management before any problems arise.
You must have excellent time management and problem solving ability and at least 3 to 5 years’ advertising agency, digital agency or design studio experience. You’re calm under pressure and always remember to smile, this is not rocket science.
