Not often does an awesome opportunity like this come along and certainly not during such interesting times. However, for most agencies around the world the show must go on. And in particular for this world leading agency based in Chicago. 

We are looking for a super talented copy-based Creative Director with exceptional leadership, mentoring and nurturing skills to join a team of motivated, award-winning creatives within this global agency network based in Chicago. You’re strategically focused, come from a leading recognised agency background and will have already achieved some of the goals you have set for yourself. We want someone who is big on ideas regardless of category. A bit of an all rounder actually. It would be a bonus if you had integrated health and wellness experience, but it’s not a must.

Here are the criteria:
An inspirational creative who can not just come up with the ideas but can craft and deliver great work. A creative who has the experience and ability to identify up and coming talent and know how to guide and nurture them to greatness. (This agency has a very low turnover of staff so this is a critical expectation). We’d like a creative who has the confidence to present internally and to clients at all levels. 

You’re articulate in your communication skills, engaging and able to understand clients’ problems with a positive ‘we can fix this’ attitude. You’re strategic and insightful, thoughtful and collaborative, willing to share your ideas whilst listening and taking on board others’ as well. You’re a champion at building trusted relationships both internally and with clients. You love the rush for new business and thrive on the pitch. You’re smart and very forward-thinking – your experience will be across all media platforms including TV and film, and whilst you might not be a digital native expert you certainly have a very clear understanding of all digital platforms.

Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Executive Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of 10 across two major brands and you’ll be hungry to chase down new business opportunities whilst still delivering on your own brands. 

We are looking for a passionate, smart and seriously interested Creative Director who has a genuine interest in understanding their clients’ business. This opportunity has huge potential.
