A collaborative, innovative, creative and strategic solutions agency that works with some of the biggest brands in the world.  

This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media, who is all over the latest trends, memes, TikToks and perhaps even dabbled in the world of influencers. You’re a strong believer in the power of social media and community management to change hearts and minds, and drive sales. You love the hustle of a fast-paced environment and thrive when you can bring ideas to life on billions of screens. 

Tasked with leading and driving the strategic expertise, you’ll become the ‘strategic brain’ who will guide this agency across all things Australia. Based in Sydney, your experience, combined with your inspiring can-do attitude, empathy and big idea thinking, will form part of a growing strategy team with the single goal of seeing brilliant work through from research to execution. 

Here’s what we’d like you to have: 7+ years’ experience building integrated programs at a top agency; Understanding of the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behaviour; Web, social, syndicated and primary research experience (incl.: NetBase, MRI, Sysomos, Brandwatch, eMarketer, Mintel, Google Analytics, Omniture; conducting IDIs, digital ethnographies, etc.). 

With fantastic communication skills you’re a confident and engaging presenter, able to express concepts and ideas in simple and digestible ways. A lovely sense of curiosity, with a friendly and approachable personality, is an absolute must, as is your attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm and ability to listen.
