Working closely with the Creative Director to shape the strategic direction of the agency as well as being responsible for elevating the quality of the work, you’ll need to be a Strategist who confidently takes responsibility for identifying not just opportunities but business trends, industry and consumer insights and also comms planning. Part of your role will be running workshops, designing marketing plans and discussing a client’s business as a thought partner.
You enjoy the process of conducting and analysing market research and generating original ideas and strategies in collaboration with creatives and senior business leads. We expect you to have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate insights, ideas and messages using simple and compelling language. You have experience developing communication and strategic frameworks that deliver creative solutions and have the ability to use planning and marketing tools in designing, executing and analysing research frameworks. Your knowledge of global resources will ensure business teams and clients are exposed to the best thinking, insights and practices from around the world.
As a collaborative team player you handle pressure well and are able to manage multiple projects at the same time. Your strong leadership skills, knowledge and ability to deal with key stakeholders will be inspiring to the team in their growth.
