Senior Account Director, creative multi-discipline agency

This is an out of the ordinary opportunity for a passionate, motivated Senior Account Director with 5 to 8 years’ experience, who is creatively driven and ready for a change of pace and scene. This is your chance to step up into a 2iC role at a global creative multi-discipline agency. The person we are looking for is resilient and not too set on systems, processes and structure and actually thrives on flexibility. We’d like a people person, someone who’s at their best when building close partnerships with their clients and who likes to take them on the journey every step of the way.

You’ll definitely have ad agency, production agency or marketing experience and a good understanding of B2B and B2C. An interest in Tech would also be a bonus. You’ll be very hands on and really enjoy the whole production process, both pre and post. A team player, you also like working autonomously. And with solid financial acumen, you like spotting potential growth and new business opportunities and you have the confidence to manage senior global clients with stakeholder management and approvals, with a focus on maintaining strong account planning and excellence in campaign management. In addition, you’ll need to have a solid understanding of technical production and all digital platforms.

This is a full-time, 5 day a week role, with potential for international travel and some early morning starts. You must have the ability to empower the wider account management team and help them achieve their KPIs. This is a culturally chilled and easygoing environment but you must be happy to meet challenges head on and not shy away from the odd curveball.
