*A passion to help grow and mentor less experienced designers and the ability to take them together with the client on the journey to success.
*The experience to identify opportunities to grow existing business as well as win new business
*Confidence presenting internally and to clients.
*A genuine interest in collaborating with Architects and Interior Designers to take brands into the physical space.
