We are working in close partnership with our client to identify two Associate CDs to join the team. The selection here will be tough.
You could be an existing team already with up to 10 years’ experience, working at an agency where you have reached your peak and now ready for a new challenge in a fresh environment. Or you could be two individuals, Art Director and Copywriter, looking for your next challenge – with an open mind, however, to potentially be teamed up with someone you may not already know. You must be organised, have impeccable attention to detail, take direction well but also give direction well.
What we’d like to see is fresh talent who haven’t necessarily been in this position before but have the work and the experience to back you. Also, leadership ability, a positive attitude, humility, honesty and great communication and listening skills. The teams will look up to you for guidance and learning so you must be willing to share, encourage, motivate and inspire.

First and foremost, your work must demonstrate strong strategic thinking and superb craft across copywriting and art direction. Integrated capabilities are also a must, from social to TV, content to print and OOH. Awards would be a bonus but not a must. Big ideas, clear thinking and a collaborative, hardworking attitude.
