First and foremost you must be an existing team, strategically and creatively solid. We’re working in close partnership with our client to identify an art and copy based ACD team to join the agency. The selection here will be tough and only genuine teams will be considered.
With no more than 10 years’ experience and currently working at an agency where you have reached your peak, you are ready for a step up, a new challenge and a truly fresh environment. You’re in tune and definitely complement each other in craft and personality. You must be organised, have impeccable attention to detail, and have the ability to take and give direction, with a sense of leadership in the making.
What we’d like to see is: different talent, some unexpected thinking and superb execution across all media platforms; positive attitudes, humility, honesty and great listening, communication and presentation skills. You both love to share your thoughts and insights, and you’re inspiring and motivating, and lead by example so much that your teams will look up to you with respect.

Your work must demonstrate strong strategic thinking and superb craft across copywriting and art direction. Integrated capabilities are also a must, from social to TV, content to print and OOH. Awards would be a bonus.
