The agency is nimble with a great culture and a really terrific mix of brands, both retained and project based. This is a new role where you’ll be teamed with a super smart, very conceptual Copywriter who not only has a brilliant way with words but with the knack of finding just that perfect tone of voice that brings ideas to life. Based in Sydney but with lots of variety when it comes to brands, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the Melbourne team as well.
You must be completely integrated in your ability to come up with great creative ideas. Some might be digital first, others for film or social. It’s also expected that you’ll be a true craftsperson when it comes to finessing your ideas for presentation. In fact, you’ll love using your adobe skills to bring big ideas to life. You have an equal passion for the craft of art direction as you do for words.
Attention to detail, great communication skills and a level of confidence when presenting are all what’s going to be expected of you. You have about 5-6 years’ top agency experience and a hunger for awards. You love to push boundaries to reach the point of the unexpected and surprise. Importantly, you love working on proactive briefs as well.
