Reporting to the MD as well as the Regional Partners, you, as the Account Director (or Senior Account Manager with the drive and determination to step up), will have consistent, solid agency experience. You’re still open to learning and willing to roll your sleeves up and be part of a highly collaborative, encouraging team.
  
With the B2B and B2C experience that you bring, you should also have the desire to work on 360° integrated campaigns. In fact, you already have that experience to share. Your background will not only demonstrate where you have worked but what you have achieved along the way. You’ll be responsible for building trusted client relationships and nurturing existing clients and partners. Leading projects from initial scoping through to production will be what you are strong at, as well as managing the financials of integrated (including digital) campaigns in a realistic and yet profitable manner. An organisation and process focus is seriously important when working in a start-up, as is effective team management, weekly forecasting and communication at all levels.
  
What we’ll be looking for:
6 years’ minimum working experience within a digital creative agency environment and a proven track record of championing great creative ideas. The ability to manage up and down, with a positive attitude but no ego. A confident solution finder, able to think quickly on your feet. You must be a facilitator, proactive and very much the team player. And last but not least, you’re incredibly detail oriented and organised, with great communication skills, both written and verbal, and all with a good sense of humour.
