1.  What are you most excited about that’s happening in the industry today?

The lack of structure. No one seems to know where we're heading, which means it's all up for grabs.

2. And if you could change one thing about the industry, what would it be?

More honesty/integrity. The subterfuge we assume is part of the industry belongs in the past.
