Those guys circumnavigating the globe in a solar plane. How cool is that? Adventure, sustainability, creativity.

What do you look for in a Creative’s book?

Can they do the day-to-day? Will they handle the detail? Have they taken care with presentation? Have they done something above and beyond? Is there evidence of the X factor?

What does ‘creativity’ mean to you?

The ability to galvanize and crystallize; to draw together all the stray threads. Taking a hundred PowerPoint slides and endless discussions and solving them with a few words. I still think that ability is vastly undervalued, and it's way harder than most people think.
