Seeing anything built, dished up, or dreamt up that's truly original.

What do you look for in a Creative’s book?
It's impossible to 100% tell whether any team's 'got it' based just on their book. Most of it might even be average but If you meet them and they're smart and care, it's a good enough starting point for me. The best teams grow.

What does ‘creativity’ mean to you?
It's all creative, innit? Right now I've got to go find a creative way to get my youngest into bed…
