As a highly conceptual, advertising experienced Art Director you will become an important part of this team moving forward, pretty much from day one. So, you’ll start by having a positive can-do attitude and an element of un-egotistical confidence to quickly build trust and rapport with the team and, importantly, with the client.
We are looking for a conceptual ideator who can push boundaries, find ideas that can live beyond the smart screen, and create engaging, inclusive and forward-thinking experiences. As a naturally highly collaborative person you must be articulate in your communication skills and seriously impressive in front of a room of people. You’ll demonstrate strong creative leadership and be nimble and agile, offering clear direction whilst empowering both your team, directors and photographers to add their own magic and insights.
You’re a people person, very forward-thinking in your vision, with the ability to visualise your ideas. You must have commercial understanding and be able to work within budgets and timeframes. Calm and diplomatic, no job will be too big or too small, but an opportunity to create something unexpected and exciting.
