Reporting directly to the Operations Director (and a good one at that), you’ll be the most switched on, focused and detail oriented person you know. This is a great role to really get your career in advertising and the communications industry well under way.
Working with a dedicated team of creatives, four teams to be exact, and other creative services people, you’ll be the go-to person when it comes to solving those niggling creative services challenges.
You’re a solutions focused, passionate, motivated and dedicated person who has the ability to make this opportunity your own. Smart, forward-thinking and with outstanding communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills, you’ll also be working closely with the Executive Creative Director and other department heads to maintain a smooth flow of jobs through the agency. Creatives will worship you as you back them, and you’ll know how to get the best out of them. You’re a yes person with a ‘let’s make it happen’ attitude to meeting deadlines.
It’s all about systems and processes and your ability to be flexible, prioritise and be quick to pick up on new things. Working efficiently and effectively is a big part of this role, so a sense of logic is important as is a sense of urgency without being pushy. You’ll be smart at identifying innovative ways of doing things, a great supporter of new technology and have excellent time management together with the ability to work to budgets, never allowing the creative to suffer.
