We’d like you to come from a notable agency, be highly conceptual, well-awarded and hungry for more. Copy based and at ACD level, it goes without saying that your work will instantly demonstrate your high level of thinking and your understanding of the digital landscape as well as big integrated campaign ideas. You must be a progressive thinker with the ability to work across multiple categories, with people at all levels and be happy to mentor more junior creatives.
You will play a big role in new business along with working across day to day creative briefs for a great mix of brands. This is a very client facing role where you’ll have the opportunity to surprise your clients with fresh, engaging and forward-thinking copy. You’re open-minded and must embrace new technology. You have a burning desire to win not just business and awards but the recognition that goes with them. Best of all, you’ll finally have the opportunities to create the work you have been wanting to do for ages.
We are looking for a highly conceptual art based ACD to partner with you, unless of course you already have one?
There are, however, a few prerequisites: you must be a collaborative team player, (not precious) organised and with the ability to prioritise; professional in your approach and confident presenting to clients, you’re an excellent communicator with a curious mind and a positive attitude; you’re a champion of the English language with ridiculous attention to detail.
