Senior Resource Manager, Creative and Studio

This 10-month contract opportunity, working with the creative, production, account service and strategy teams, is starting at the end of May and could potentially be extended. 

We are looking for a solutions focused, experienced Resource Manager with about 7 to 8 years integrated agency experience. You must be able to manage a ton of jobs simultaneously, always remaining fair, friendly and firm throughout the process. Systems and processes are in place within this agency and it’s an incredibly collaborative, friendly environment - everybody gets on well. 

Your experience will come from within a similar agency environment, allocating the right resources, cost management, approvals, scheduling, workflows, timesheets, onboarding, and so much more. To the right person this will be music to your ears! You thrive in challenging situations, you love the culture of creativity and working in an integrated agency with big name brands and lots of stakeholders. You know how to manage expectations and communicate with clarity and positivity. You’re super organised, absolutely on the ball, excellent with time management and have strong financial acumen. 

Yes, this is a heavy admin role and there’ll be lots of responsibility but also a great structure and lots of support and respect all round.
