If I could change one thing, it would be that there was more strong, senior women managing Creative Departments across Australia.
My favourite ad changes all the time. At the moment my favourite is “Like a Girl” because it challenges the stereotypes of what a woman is and can be. It is also changing the language the world uses to stereotype women as weak.
